Location near to quaint Sils-Maria and the hotel's ' Stueva ' restaurant. Thoughtful, helpful people working here. Quiet, cozy rooms and perfectly clean bathrooms...

Wonderful and fairly clean place, the rooms are large and huge. Very hospitable people are working there. There is a lot of delicious food for breakfast. It has handy and absolutely perfect location, near to the trains of the Rhaetian Railways, the extensive Postauto services, and even free rides on cable cars and mountain railways as well as all public transport in the Engadine region.

This place is charming, located in a lovely building with spacious rooms and a convenient location just a minute walk from the city center, also offering a good restaurant for dinner.

The hotel bills itself as a four-star hotel, but I felt that it lacked the necessary touches for a four-star place. For example, the shower was small and had a shower curtain rather than a class enclosure with a door - the curtain would get wet and stick to one's body. Also, rather than receiving the WiFi password at check-in time, I had to make a special trip to the front desk to get it. Finally, robes, etc. for the sauna are not in the room, but are only available at the front desk, and only if one agrees to a deposit (that is returned at the end of the stay) of 50 chf.

The hotel was clean, pretty and the food was excellent. Location was superb, just minutes away from many walks and right in the centre of the town opposite a beautiful river and near a lovely church and bell tower!

The hotel is right in the middle of the town so parking is limited. There is a limited choice of restaurants cloase to the hotel, many being part of other hotels and they close very early - some as early as 9pm. While we were there there were some road works opposite us and they were very noisy which ruined the tranquility of the area a bit and the hotel staff had not menitoned / apologies for this on check in.

The standard double room exceeded expectations with its charming alpine decor despite initial reservations from the photos.

What is there not to like? Absolutely nothing! All wonderful. Absolutely lovely and kind people, wonderful and attentionate service, food divine ( even too much! ), very very generous breakfast. Cushy beds. I think what I liked best, is the generous feeling that came out of this hotel. You never felt like you could not ask for anything. I would go back anytime and recommend it to anyone!

Maybe the only thing that would have been useful for me is a jacuzzi in the spa, for my tired legs after our hiking days. The WIFI was temperamental and the bathroom a bit too small but otherwise, all good!

the room is huge in the alpine style. They can offer wake-up service. 3. Glad to have a safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a mini bar fridge. 4. Access to a bus stop, which is next to the property. 5. Fairly clean place, I would return there.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel in the heart of a charming alpine village. The location couldn't be better - right at the central juncture and close to beautiful walking trails. The room was extremely comfortable, with nice wooden furniture in the alpine style, lots of natural light, and a strong WiFi connection. The staff was incredibly hospitable and efficient, attending to all my requests for information and special concerns without delay. They even took extra measures to help a couple in our party who had fallen ill, making them feel at home. I was impressed by the personal and competent service provided by Maurice, Sarina, Frau Heigel, Maria, Manuela. The hotel also offered a rainy/snowy-day program that was displayed on the breakfast table each morning. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of comfort and quality of service provided at this place.

I highly recommend this hotel to friends and colleagues. The comfort and quality of service at this venue are exceptional, making it an ideal choice for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
